HAF Case Repaint

Sunday, March 28, 2010 12:02

I recently grew tired of the way my case looked. As good as the HAF 932 is it always looked incomplete.

So, I decided to finish the job for them.

I painted the inside of the case and any non painted steel semigloss black.

And i painted the Logo Green.

Following is a picture of the finished product of the HAF logo repaint. ( It was black on black)

I then added the US Ordinance Corps Bomb Logo to the other side.

I intentionally didnt “stress” it because i have ideas for something else to do to that logo which will require it to be whole..

Baked “Fries”

Baked “Fries”
serves 4 ( or 2)
Six potatoes should serve four people, but you may want to put on a few extra, just in case. If you prefer, leave the peel on the potatoes for extra flavor and nutrition.

6 potatoes ( about 2″ in diameter 3-4″ long)
1tbsp. olive oil
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat Oven  to 400F
peel the potatoes if you wish, and cut each into about three flat wide slices, about 1/2″ thick. Rinse and drain well and puti into a large bowl. Pour the olive oil and sesame oil over the potato slices and toss to cat. Spread the slices in a single layer on 1 or 2 shallow pans. Sprinkle oregano and pepper over potatoes and bake for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the salt.

I use all Olive oil instead of Sesame oil.
